| There is no charge for your initial consultation; we view our meeting as critical to mutually determining the potential of a positive relationship. Although the questionnaire and subsequent free initial interview are two of the tools we use in making an assessment, please be assured that there are no correct or "right" answers to these questions. The straightforward fact is that due to the unique makeup of our firm and the goals we set to accomplish for our clients, not all prospects fit the profile that enables us to provide the services required. | |

| Inasmuch as we are interviewing you as to your qualifications, we highly recommend that you interview us in your initial consultation. Over the years, we have come to accept that although our firm's approach to accounting, tax and advisory services is unique, we are not the best solution for all prospects. | We do not price our services by the hour. We believe that the true value is determined by each party. No two relationships are equivalent; therefore, no two engagements will have the same price and terms. Accordingly, comparison between your needs and wants with those of your acquaintances generally does not produce valid information. Just as much as your relationship is confidential between you and our firm, we cannot discuss the terms and conditions of your friends and acquaintances that may happen to have relationships with our firm as well. | |
